Privacy policy
This page explains what Dukaano (dukaano.app) collects and why.
What we collect
- Your email address - when you join the waitlist, along with the time you signed up and your consent.
- Deposit payments - if you choose to reserve a founding spot, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and its amount; we never see or store your card details.
- Basic analytics events - a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie and local storage, the page visited, and whether you engaged with the page (time on page or scrolling). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
- Ad click identifier - if you arrived from an ad, the click identifier in the link (for example a Google Ads "gclid") and campaign parameters (utm_*), so we can measure which ads work.
Why
We use your email address only to notify you when Dukaano launches (and about your reservation, if you made one). We use analytics and click identifiers to measure interest and to report anonymous conversions to our advertising provider. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it
Our site and data are hosted on Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Stripe. Advertising conversions may be reported to Google Ads using the click identifier.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information until Dukaano launches or the project is discontinued, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing tonybot99@agentmail.to or replying to any email from us; we'll delete it promptly.
